Answer: Good question! After our consultation I do ask for 2 weeks to prepare your order. If you have a specific date that you need them by please let me know in our consultation.

Answer: First, I would like to work with you and figure out exactly what the issue is. Moreover, if that is not the appropriate route to pursue a refund will be issued immediately.
